Roles & Responsibilities                1.            Onsite Coordinator for offshore support project team

2.            Troubleshoot and urgent ticket resolution at onsite

3.            Effective communication with client

Generic Managerial Skills              1.            Coordinate with offshore

2.            Manage client’s expectation

3.            Keeping client informed about the status, issue, etc

4.            Represent in client meetings

Education            Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent and above

Work Location  Stilwell, KS
