Job Title               :               ETL Developer

Relevant Experience (Yrs)            :               5+ to 7

Technical/Functional Skills            :               ETL developer should know how to perform the following functions:

   Informatica( Mandatory):

•             Good understanding on all informatica client tools (Specially Designer and Workflow manger.)

•             Experience in Informatica mappings , SQL writing & shell scripting

•             Experience in Performance tuning like aggregator, sorter transformations

•             Create ETL Detail Design & ETL specs at the Informatica mapping level.

•             Create deployment guide and Runbook and able to do red hat support phase

•             Organize and consolidate scripts for workaround and production support

Teradata ( preferred)

•             Able to work in BTEQ /mload/Tpump and writing the SQLs

Oracle ( Mandatory)

 

•             Strong in writing SQL’s incase Teradata experience is missing.

Unix ( Mandatory)

 

•             Expereince in OS level commands and shell programming

 

Experience Required                      3 to 5 years in Informatica and Teradata/Oracle DB

Roles & Responsibilities                :               The primary function is providing support and solutions for a enterprise level data warehouse

•             Excellent knowledge of ETL concepts

•             Excellent knowledge of SQL/Oracle and relational databases 

•             Ability to document the business requirements

Generic Managerial Skills              :               Excellent verbal and written communications skill

Ability to help interview business and understand their business requirements

 

 

Education            :               Degree in Computers or Information system

Work Location  :               Dallas, Texas  or Altanta, Georgia
