We need " SAP-CRM Business Analyst " Urgently

Business Analyst
Job Requirement
· Experience in SAP driven processes in CRM (Do not need an ERP expert but customer service/support process driven experience around CRM)
· Understand SAP customization and best practices.
· Experience with customer facing business operations and necessary support processes
· Experience with gathering essential data used for support processes.
· Understand data maintenance practices and data quality measurement
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, including documentation and functional specs
· Excellent analytic skills; prior experience performing business analysis
· Knowledge of tools and processes
· Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
· Excellent negotiation skills
· Creative problem solver
· Familiar with Software Development practices and QA methods
· Experienced working with remote teams (e.g. Offshore Development/QA, remote users, remote co-workers)
· Ability to work collaboratively with other business analysts and cross functional peers to meet deadlines
· Knowledgeable about the subject matter being supported
· Ability to evaluate, define and prioritize activities/projects of self and others
· Ability to handle multiple, moderately complex activities/projects concurrently
Specific for this role:
· Experience managing and defining business and technical elements necessary for complex technical support processes in a CRM environment (SAP Business Analyst experience preferred)
· Experience with complex business rules, workflows and efficient UI strategies.
· Previously mapped E2E process relationships and cross-functional data pathways throughout multiple systems (ERP/CRM/3rd Party)
· Planned, generated and executed the complete and specific QA and UAT testing necessary for a technical support center
· Experience in writing test scripts, uploading to HP Quality center, Quality Center defect tracking and reporting experience preferred
· Knowledge of technical support sites, knowledge base, use of common business functions used for customer support like case management, case resolution, tracking and updates, Return Merchandise authorization process and flows, etc is essential for this role. [NOTE: This is key SME requirement for this role]
Education & Experience:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience is required. 6 to 8 years of experience is preferred.
· Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science OR equivalent experience is required.
· Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, moderately complex tasks.
· Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
· Must have experience working with HP Quality Center or Mercury test director etc.
