Title: Systems Programmer / Analyst

Location : Charlotte,NC
This Analyst will be responsible for interfacing with other members of IT and end users to specify requirements, design solutions and build custom software, as well as identify, evaluate, recommend and integrate COTS applications.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
· Ongoing development, improvement and enhancement and maintenance of the Company's proprietary suite of products, sales and administrative software applications.
· Analysis, design, development and testing of new and existing multi-tier business applications uniting user presentation interfaces, business logic, and data access into flexible and robust software systems.
Skills required:
· 7 -10 years IT development experience creating business software applications utilizing waterfall or iterative software development methodologies.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Self starter with the ability to multi-task and operate independently.
· Demonstrated proficiency in VMware, Windows Server R2 2008, SQL Server 2008 R2/Express, Windows XP/7, Visual Studio, .Net 3.5/4.0, C# and/or VB, MSMQ(Preferred), WPF, Workflow, Web Services, Winforms, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS(desired), Crystal Reports, Subversion.
· Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) proficiency and expertise on multiple certification tracks is a definite plus.
· Bachelor degree (Computer Science preferred) backed up with a broad range of practical hands-on experience in a variety of disciplines.
· Solid .Net 3.0/4.0
· C# and/or VB.Net
· Must have SSIS and SSAS experience
· Experience with MSMQ messaging is HIGHLY preferred.
