Position 1:
Junior Engineer
Responsibilities
• The Junior Engineer's primary responsibility will be to work with designers/artists/animators to implement gameplay features to completion. The ideal candidate will have gameplay programming experience with UnrealScript in either a shipped retail or UDK based title. The candidate should have a drive to learn new areas of programming and have strong communication skills.
Requirements
• Fluent in C/C++
• Experience with Unreal Engine 3/UDK
• Continuous learner, ability to adapt to changes
• Self-motivated and willing to pitch in on many areas of development
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent training and professional experience
Pluses
• Experience with UE3 features: Animtrees, Matinee, Cascade
Position 2:
Mid-Senior Engineer
Responsibilities
• The Senior Engineer must be able to work effectively both independently and in conjunction with team members on a variety of gameplay features. The candidate should have experience with writing/maintaining gameplay systems including AI, animation, camera, or physics. The candidate should have good communication skills and should be willing and able to mentor and guide the development of Junior Engineers.
Requirements
• Must have at least 4 years experience in C/C++
• Experience with Unreal Engine 3
• At least one shipped console game (ideally using UE3)
• Excellent debugging skills
• Able to work independently
• Self-motivated and willing to pitch in on many areas of development
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent training and professional experience
Pluses
• Experience with Unreal Engine 2/2.5
• Experience with Kinect
• Knowledge of Xbox360 and PS3 Patching/DLC Pipeline
• Knowledge of Scaleform/ActionScript
