Job Title: SAP CRM QA Program Manager

 

Location: Brampton, Canada

 

# of Positions: 1, Duration: 3-6 months

 

Description:

Must Have Skills:
SAP CRM is a must. SAP knowledge (managed, tested, business analyst - preferably from a consumer goods perspective. An SAP certification not required but strong SAP background would be awesome).
Project management skills, great communication skills. An understanding of Loyalty a plus.
QA Program Manager for the Loyalty program.
very experienced and capable to manage a multi-vendor scenario
Strong QA STLC understanding, with strong CRM/Loyalty background.
Excellent communication skills


Job Roles / Responsibilities:

This person would have multiple QA Managers/Leads reporting into him/her including those that Cognizant would position from the existing and those that client may source.
