We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Recruiters, should capable of sourcing candidates that meet our demanding requirements. A successful candidate would experience to serve USA Fortune (100) client requirements.
Required Skills & Responsibilities:
· A proven track record of high-quality and fast-paced (USA) recruiting for technical talent
· Should be capable of reporting open/closed sourcing requirements daily or as our schedule dictates
· Ability to handle sourcing for several requirements simultaneously in a day
· Should be Capable of large-scale sourcing
· Experience with initial screening of candidates and Ability to achieve targets and deadlines
· Should need experience in Broadcast & maintain the Staffing Portals
· Experience into Evaluate/judge in candidate sourcing according to the requirements
· Experienced with resume update workflow Processes
· Willingness to work on long working hours & have to be team player
Personal attributes include:
* Meticulous and detail oriented, solid work ethic and a sense of urgency
* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Need exceptional communication skills
