C#/.Net Developer

More of a web front end asp.net type developer. Need them to start on Monday. H1's are fine.
Need great comm. Skills. Would like to tech them out on an ASP.NET assessment.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience building websites from the ground up ranging from static web pages to enterprise-wide applications. The candidate will also possess creative talents with emphasis on usability and clean design. The primary responsibilities of this position include: Ability to translate complex business initiatives into innovative technology solutions, defining architectural vision and direction of enterprise-wide solutions, coordinate and communicate with project team and stakeholders regarding technical matters such as deployments, technology upgrades, issue resolutions etc. Creating technology roadmaps in line with business vision and direction, working with peers and management to understand inefficiencies in existing business processes and applications and recommend solutions, working collaboratively with the other senior technical experts in IT to make technology decisions impacting cross platform solutions and implementations, designing the UI for web and desktop applications, staying current with the evolution of the technology industry, development methodologies, and architectural frameworks in relation to overall technology vision and advising and preparing formal presentations to executive management and senior level business partners on web-based technology solutions. BS and/or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
In-depth working knowledge/experience with some or all of the following technologies:
XML, ASP.NET, Silverlight, CSS, JavaScript, HTML/XHTML, C#, SQL Server 2005/2008, knowledge of XHTML and CSS web standards and validation. Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Microsoft Silverlight/Expression Blend is a plus.
Desktop UI design experience helpful.
