My name is Milap Vaghela. I work as a Technical recruiter for cyber Think. I found your resume posted on Job Portals while searching for .Net Lead for an immediate opening - Located at VA.

 

Title: .Net Lead

Location: Reston, VA

Duration: 6+ months

Rate: 65-70/hr (DOE)

 

Face to face interview required

 

We need .Net Lead strong in management skills.

Required Skills:*

Effective communication skills are a must along with a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to clearly discern client needs
Ability to focus on the goals of quality, time and budget
Experience leading small teams of software engineers
Experience developing, maintaining and controlling schedule/iteration plans
Experience working in an iterative development environment (familiarity with RUP and/or Agile/Scrum is a plus)
Experience in establishing software development guidelines and in performing code and design reviews
Experience in documenting design and architecture artifacts and presenting artifacts for architectural review
Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously and effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Strong problem solving and analytic skills
Expert understanding of .NET programming language and related optimization techniques
Functional understanding of prevalent design patterns, including MVC/MVVM
7 years of VB.Net/C#, and ASP.Net development experience
7 years experience with .NET 3.5 and 4.0
7 years of experience using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript (jQuery a plus)
Working knowledge of .NET generics and LINQ
SOA, web services, WCF, XML, SOAP/REST experience
Test-driven development and continuous integration experience is preferred
