Description
Developer III Specialized performs high complexity (i.e. system level applications) analysis, design, development and unit testing of software applications from user requirements and design documents. The candidate also resolves defects encountered during various testing cycles. Day to Day Activities: o Maintain a high level of understanding of business and domain knowledge to achieve a high level of technical implementation. o Participate in project meetings with other technical staff and business owners and subject matter experts. o Assess and develop high level design requirements for project and communicate in writing or in meetings with development team. Assess detailed specifications against design requirements. o Develop or review development of test protocols for testing application before user acceptance. Review test results and direct further development. o Serve as technical lead in BMP related areas. Must Have's: o 7+ years of related experience o Design, build and implement BPM based solutions using TIBCO o Experience with implementing and building web services and excellent understanding of xml. o Design build and implement complex BPM applications integrating various technologies such as TIBCO's EMS. Preferred skills: Excellent understanding of DBRMs Oracle and PL/SQL technologies Financial services - Loss mitigation background Technologies: Tibco BW & EMS XML Spy DBRM IDE (Toad, SqlDeveloper) Jrules Eclipse Doors ClearQuest SVN ANT Autosys BMC Remedy Sharepoint

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field *	Yes
Post-graduate degree desired *	Yes
Professional certification(s) desired *	Yes
Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) *	3 (Moderately Strong) of 5 (Expert)
Technology Skills: Software Applications
TIBCO *	4 (Very Strong) of 5 (Expert)
