Title: Java Developer
6 Months
Location: Merrimack, NH
We are seeking an experienced software developer to contribute (primarily) to the development, maintainance, production support and release of Fixed Income’s Basis Web Services components. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-8 years experience in Java server side and SQL (Oracle or Sybase) development, ideally with financial services exposure. He/She will join our middle-tier infrastructure team and play a hands-on role in both the design and development of web service components
Requirements:
ü Experience, Skills and Knowledge
ü Demonstrable Java (server-side) programming skills
ü Web Service design and development experience with Tomcat
ü Experience in Oracle SQL development
ü 7-8 years experience software development
ü 5 years experience with SDLC, specifically waterfall and/or Agile
Desired Skills
ü Familiarity with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Tomcat, ibatis, FIX, XML, Spring
ü Able to understand the technology and software architecture of the application
ü Experience in financial services industry
