Position: Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Des Moines, IA
Duration: 12 months+

Technical/Functional Skills:
• Good knowledge of PeopleSoft (ERP).
• Experience of working in HR Domain.
• Well versed with knowledge of the Testing concepts and
methodologies.
• Must be able to perform, Requirements gathering, Functional Testing
and Status reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must.

Experience Required:
• Must have worked extensively in HR Management module.
• Must have working experience in PeopleSoft (ERP) module.
• Must have experience of working in Insurance business applications.
• Experience in workday is an advantage
• Experience of working on SQL Database, DB2 and Oracle Apps HR
module.
• Excellent knowledge of Quality Assurance Methodologies.
• Must have experience working with multiple clients in the Insurance
industry
• Experience in application and Database testing

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform the Quality Assurance and testing for the workday
implementation for Talent management and self service module for HR
domain for Insurance customer.
• Requirements gathering and understanding.
• Coordination, status reporting and customer interaction.
