Must have at least 7 years experience in identity and access management 

Prior experience in WebSphere Application Server 

Hands-on in any one of these products: open SSO/Open AM, Oracle Access Management, Ping Federate 

Familiarity in WebServices

Know how to make the configuration changes

Responsible for Plans facing coordination in the implementation of identity and access management product.

Familiarity of SAML
