POLYSTYRENE FACTORY:

It's simply a molding polystyrene factory (for building materials manufacture company), they do (import – not manufacture-) the RAW Polystyrene materials then on the factory they do the following:

First: expanding the raw polystyrene material process and this is done fully by the machine.

Second: they put the molded raw material in – break time tanks – for 2-3 days to prep it for the next phase of the process.

Third: molding the rested and expanded raw material in a compressing machine, this process leads to the result polystyrene blocks as "4m*1m*1m".

Fourth: on this phase there is a special cutting machine where the big blocks of polystyrene is cut and modified as ordered by the client. For this process you need to keep on mind that it's not only

Cutting process but designing the outcome as well. Because you would cut the blocks as the design requested or agreed on with the client then cut the blocks as it is.

This is all done by the machines, which I will be happy to send you tomorrow a sketch of it and the factory,
