Testing Project Manager

Location: TN

Duration: 12 Months

 

1.       12 plus yrs of Testing Experience.

2.       Should have managed 3-4 large Testing Program implementations.

3.       Strong Knowledge of QC from an end user perspective. Good Knowledge of both Manual and Automated testing.

4.       Should have Strong Communication Skills, Written and Oral.

5.       Should have strong Organization Skills.

6.       Should have strong capabilities in making presentations to Senior Management, Creating Reports for consumption by Senior C –Level Executives.

7.       Should strong knowledge of various testing methodologies, processes and general procedures for conducting successful tests for business applications.

8.       Can create, develop and execute scripts, set up testing scenarios, analyze results and create custom reports.

9.       Should have worked with other technical staff to monitor resources and collect metrics during tests to determine the impact of load/stress testing on the infrastructure and work on multiple projects to meet project deadlines.

10.   Should have led customer meetings, brainstorming sessions. Analyze test requirements from both written documentation and oral interviews with business and technical staff.

11.   Should have experience of working with cross functional-Cross Geo teams.

This candidate will be responsible for interfacing with C-Level executives and VP/Directors of Business and Technology on a daily basis to report on various organization wide testing initiatives. It is very high visibility position and soft aspects of job are equally important as technical aspects.
