1. Need to have in-depth knowledge about BusinessWorks, Hawk, EMS administration
2. Need to understand B/W integration with EMS, log file and Hawk database, analyze data
3. In-depth knowledge about Hawk rules, Hawk database adapter
4. Performance tuning of B/W applications (performance parameters, etc)
5. Analyze EMS server historical data
6. Linux knowledge
