QA Engineer-

Location Burlington, MA

Duration : 6+ Months

 

Responsibilities for this position include:

Setting up and managing the issue resolution process for the team, including direct communication with all stakeholders

Working closely with project management and development engineers to create and refine use cases, create test plans, and draft test cases in a rapid development environment

Performing rigorous feature and regression tests for database-intensive Internet development and Web based integration projects

Analyzing and reporting on the results of testing efforts

Experience testing Web Services preferred.

Experience configuring bug tracker software (e.g. JIRA) preferred

Experience creating and/or running automated tests preferred

Knowledge of software testing tools such as SOAP UI a plus

Unix/Linux experience

6+ years software QA experience
