Job Description:
- Sourcing, Recruiting, Pre-Screening using Dice, monster, networking and internal database.
- Hands on understanding C2C, W2, 1099, Perm and contract staffing.
- Candidate with min 6+ Months of experience in the capacity of a technical recruiter in US staffing domain.
- Willing to work in Night Shift (6.30 PM IST TO 3.30 AM IST).
- Strong IT Industry Knowledge and technology understanding desired.
- Knowledge about U.S Tax terms ( W2 , 1099, Corp to Corp).
- Knowledge about Visa Types (H1, Green Card, EAD, U.S Citizen, TN Visa).
- If candidate have any H1B Sales experience its plus.
