Position: SFDC Project Manager & Services Delivery

Location: CA

Duration: 6+ months

 

Responsibilities:

·        Manage day-to-day interactions with executives, managers and sponsors

·        Manage and deliver creative business solutions for Customer Advocacy, Sales Operations, and Channel Operations

·        Managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures

·        Manage the global Salesforce.com "Sales Cloud", "Service Cloud" and "Partner Relationship Management" platforms and related IT projects

·        Manage user support & SFDC system maintenance & upgrades

·        Conduct system administration, enhancements, data management, & training of implemented CRM solutions

·        Be the leader around SFDC IT Governance, including establishing the Governance Team, Project Portfolio Management & Prioritization, Communication, Quality Assurance, Release and Change Management

·        The successful candidate in this position is expected to be hands-on, stepping in to fill the role of Project Manager and/or Release Manager as required, and may be responsible for leading all aspects of a Salesforce.com initiative

 

QUALIFICATIONS

·        Minimum of 10 years of a professional level enterprise Business Application experience and prior experience as a hands-on Director with responsibility for CRM Applications and management responsibility of a team of 10-15 professionals

·        Proven experience and knowledge around Channels and how to effectively leverage SFDC in a channel-driven Enterprise business

·        5yrs of experience in position offered or related position using Salesforce.com

·        Management and successful delivery of all phases of at least 2 Salesforce.com implementations

·        Familiar with Cloud Computing concepts and how to conduct requirement gathering sessions with respect to Salesforce.com technologies

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments

·        Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
