Job Title: Senior IT Analyst/Programmer

Location: Richmond, VA

Duration:    Contract to Full Time Exempt

Reports To:       Vice President of Information Technology

 

Required Skills

Education and/or Experience:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent work experience. Working knowledge of medical and health-related data.

•Experience in NwHIN technology

•Experience in HITSP C32(continuity of care), C62 (new standard as of last year), C80, C83 standards in addition to IHE (Integrated Healthcare Enterprise).

•Knowledge of healthcare industry as it relates to hospital systems, electronic medical records and continuity of care records

•Strong technical aptitude and data analysis skills 

•Ability to balance multiple priorities

•Detail oriented

•Excellent organizational skills

•Excellent Multi-tasking skills

•Display dependable, punctual and professional demeanor

•Possess strong problem solving skills

•Ability to be self-sufficient and work independently as well as in a team environment
