Sr. SAS Developer, Coding, Analyzing of data and systems, System design.
What level candidate are you seeking? (i.e. 1-3yrs = Base/Entry; 3-5yrs = Intermediate; 5+ = Advanced)
Please supply a manager-specific job description including: what will the resource be doing on a daily basis¡K What will be his/her roles and responsibilities; What is required vs.. what is desired; What is your education requirement? Coding, Analyzing of data and systems, System design.
If they are not local do interviews over the phone then that will be OK, but if they are local would be good to meet them face to face.
