Unix Administrator in Framingham, MA, USA.

Duration- 6 months

 Must have

5 yrs- Linux Administration, Sun Solaris Administration

3 Yrs- Installing, Troubleshooting, patching and maintenance of Sun Series M servers

5 yrs- System Performance monitoring and tuning as required

5 Yrs- Tru64 Unix

5 Yrs- Unix Administration

3 Yrs- Support of Oracle RAC clusters in Unix environment

3 Yrs- Zoning Experience

 

·  Resource will be part of existing Client Unix / Linux team;

·  The first project the selected candidate will work on is the Archive Upgrade Project. He / She will set up new Sun Servers (Series M 3000 and 5000) with the OS, memory, disk, etc., and prepare them for use by the DBAs.

 

Nice to have:

1. Red hat or any other Unix certification

2. Healthcare Industry experience
