* Must have 5-6 years hands on experience on Mainframes - COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, IDMS
* Must be able to handle issues independently ensuring appropriate resolution of all Incidents assigned to them by aligning with the process
* Must be able to document the issue and its analysis in appropriate format (SMTD and SOP)
* Good team player and should have good communication and client interaction skills
