•        Support for Citrix environment (XenDesktop / XenApp) which includes; environment design, deployment, and configuration
•        Incident and problem management
•        PowerCLI (Citrix/XenDesktop Scripting)
•        XenDesktop 4 implementation & support
•        XenApp implementation
•        VMware ESX
•        XenDesktop 4.x experience
•        XenApp experience
•        VMware ESX knowledge 
•        Base knowledge of networking, TCP/IP protocols, Active Directory and Windows Core technologies 
•        Programming Language: In one of following: VBScript or Powershell
