Position: IT Recruiters / BDM
Location: Home Based
Salary Structure: Salary + Commissions (Based on Experience)

Our company is looking for recruiters with at least 2+ year of experience into US Staffing to work from home. You need to have a Computer/laptop with high speed internet connection and a US Based phone number.

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to work independently
• Prior recruitment experience is a must
• Work on client requirements
• Must have relationships with other Tier-1 vendors to solicit requirements
• Identifying new clients and Tier1 vendor companies.
• Ability to understand technical job requirements
• Ability to identify the candidates through personal contacts and social networking sites.
• Timely submission of resumes with complete details as requested.
• Ensure follow up for delivery of selected consultants.
