Job Description:
Conduct assessment of user needs and develop and understanding of user environment an issues as required to participate in  application development
Participate in the creation of the technical architecture
Lead and/or participate in the systems/application design process as relates to:
 Security issues
 Web application/interfaces
 User applications/interfaces
 Backend applications and services
 Database interfaces
Write/code software modules per design specifications
Lead and/or participate in debugging and testing procedures including production support
Create software development documentation
Investigate Java (representative) technology applications
Other duties as may be assigned

Candidate must have great written and oral communication skills.

Years of Relevant Experience:
6 to 7 years
Preferred Education:
4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.
