Title: Linux / AIX Administrator
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Start: ASAP
Rate: DOE
Candidates should be strong on the Linux side, but they need to have AIX experience too.
1) AIX & Linux administration - with L2 / L3 experience (5 to 7 Years)
2) Linux Patching using Satellite server
3) AIX patching / firmware upgrade
4) Good exposure on IBM Virtualization, VIO servers, HMC
5) HACMP, Linux Cluster
5) LVM Management, GPFS,
6) Performance management
7) Exposure in handling hardware issues
8) Well capable to diagnose / analyze the issues escalated by offshore team and will be able to guide them to resolve the same.
9) Shell Scripting to automate system admin task
10) Excellent communication / customer handling skills
11) Good exposure to work in onsite / offshore model
