·         Strong knowledge in Financial Domain (Capital Markets products) and financial workflows

·         Strong knowledge of ITIL process for production support

·         Good knowledge of Incident and Problem Management

·         Strong communication skills

·         Experience in Onsite-Offshore co-ordination is a plus

·         supporting development teams with business know-how and workflows across/behind applications

·         Good documentation skills
