•           Hands-on developer/lead

•           2-3 years Experience implementing 11g Content project ; 11 g sp3

•           Content workflow

•           Single sign on/IDM experience

•           Content entitlement (public, private content)

•           6-8 years minimum experience

•           Full lifecycle project experience (installation, configuration, development and deployment)
