Required Skills :
Candidate should have at least 5 years Java experience in the J2EE client/server context
Experience creating scalable systems capable of scaling to thousands of concurrent users
2 years using databases and understanding data modeling principals
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are required
Self initiating requiring little supervision
Agile/Scrum experience desired but not required
Strong team player
