Provides phone desktop support/consulting services and problem resolution.
Interfaces with other support groups and/or suppliers to resolve problems.
Troubleshoots routine to moderately complex desktop problems.
Completes special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Provides on-site desktop services and problem resolution.
Interfaces with other support groups and/or suppliers to resolve problems.
Specialized training in PC/LAN Technology. 0 - 2 years experience.
