Position: MicroStrategy Developer
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 12 Months
Summary of Skills
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands on experience with the MicroStrategy tool suite
- Knowledge and development experience in SQL with relational databases such as Teradata, Oracle, or MS SQL Server
- Demonstrates ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Deep understanding of source data, its strengths, weaknesses, semantics, and formats
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills
- Experience using data warehouse or analytical tools for business purposes
- Strong SQL skills
- Must be a US citizen, have Permanent Residence status, or hold existing H1B Visa
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of other Business Intelligence tools such as Cognos or Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition Plus
- Knowledge of Mail or Parcel industry
- BA/BS in Management Information Systems or equivalent Business degree
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical
- Available immediately
