Job Description:

The candidate would primarily be a technical profile who would have picked up functional knowledge as well. The resource would need to have lead experience where they (a) managed a small group of technical resources (b) worked with the business to design solutions and (c) estimated technical effort. Should have good understanding of processes. He needs to have good communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
