Must Have Skills

5 + Years  experience in a Healthcare Insurance Company

6 + Years  experience in Analysis and Testing  Ability to analyze Members Edge requirements is a plus  Knowledge of healthcare data releated to Membership, Enrollment and Claims  processing  IT Architecture i.e. Mainframe, client server, interfaces  SQL, EDI, data layouts

 

Creeate Requirements - Business Analysts to insure correct data creation and usability  Claims data experience  Experience with Membership and Enrollment data  Good Communication skills  Understanding of requirements definition, documentation, and review  Understanding of test environmental definition & planning  Understanding of testing processes and methodology  Detail oriented  Good coordination skills  PLUS SKILLS  Experience with NASCO  Experience with Members Edge  High level knowledge of  mainframe and web environments and testing  concepts specific to each  Excellent estimating skills  Experience with  test management software, i.e. Plainview, MS-Project
