Job Title: Business Analyst with LOMA Certification
Location: Roseland, NJ
Duration: 8 months
Experience Required: 6+ years
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mandatory Skills:
• Strong Knowledge in Insurance business domain (Preferably in Group Insurance)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with good analytical ability and should be a team player.
• Strong experience in requirement and defect management tools and requirement gathering techniques.
• Ability to conduct formal and informal walkthroughs with strong experience in interacting with the business/QA/UAT and development teams .
• Strong knowledge in designing / writing the business requirement document.
•Good understanding of different SDLC methodologies.
•Ability to understand existing business process and to proactively suggest improvements.
• Good database skills especially in writing SQL queries and understanding stored procedures.
• Ability to develop process flow diagrams / flowcharts / prototypes.
• Very good knowledge in MS office tools.
Desirable Skills:
• LOMA or any equivalent insurance certification will be an added advantage.
