Primary Job Functions
· Design of end-to-end events track and trace functionality for all modes of transports.
· Define and configure types of events including expected events, overdue events, unexpected events and missing events.
· Determine and design reactions to events like alerts, workflow automation and automated processing of transactions in other SAP systems such as ECC or TM.
· Define strategy and design of how events will get captured and reported (e.g., mobile, web based, interfaces or manual).
· Design in partnership with iDAP the metrics and analytics for events.
· Must have broad background of logistics projects.
· Workflow and ABAP knowledge required.
Technical Skills
· Expert knowledge in Event Management.
· Strong knowledge in SAP TM.
· Strong knowledge on ECC6 SD and IS Oil.
· Strong knowledge of ECC6 MM and Inventory Management.
· Proficient in EM and PI interfaces with SAP / other interfaces with external systems (e.g., Portals).
Industry Background
· 5 - 10 yrs. in process industry (Chemical or Oil & Gas).
· 5+ year's configuration in SAP EM.
· 2+ years of custom extension/design/development experience.
· 2+ years of data harmonization across multiple source systems on various versions of SAP R/3.
· Experience in working in a big multi-national organization, which includes the application of extended review and stewardship procedures.
· Ability to deliver in cross-functional areas (functionality impacting various modules concurrently).
· Experience in SAP EM upgrade/implementation area (at least 4 yrs. experience covering some or all of the below areas).
