Primary Job Functions
· Develop design specifications for new and enhanced functionality based on existing business requirements.
· Guide clients through an effective design review process, including technical design, business process changes and re-engineering requirements.
· Work with other groups on related technical activities, such as ABAP, batch scheduling, data management and security & controls.
· Configure and unit test all changes.
· Coordinate / work with other groups on related enhancements, to ensure a fully integrated solution.
· Actively contribute to the various testing processes, including integration testing and user readiness testing.
Technical Skills
· Expert functional knowledge in SCM/APO DP - Demand Planning.
· Strong knowledge on SCM/APO GATP - Global Available-to-Promise.
· Strong knowledge of vendor managed inventory concepts and its implementation in APO-DP.
· Proficient in SAP/APO Supply Network Planning and other SAP logistics modules.
Industry Background
· 5 - 10 yrs. in process industry (Chemical or Oil & Gas) or (less preferable) consumer product industry.
· Experience in working in a big multi-national organization, which includes the application of extended review and stewardship procedures.
· Ability to deliver in cross-functional areas (functionality impacting various modules concurrently).
· Experience in SAP/ APO upgrade/implementation area (at least 4 yrs. experience covering some or all of the below areas):
- Experience with SCM v7 delivery in an ECC 6.0 environment.

· Proficient in SAP/APO Supply Network Planning and other SAP logistics modules.
