     Develop project plans.
     Lead the development process of new public facing ASP.NET Web Applications accessing and updating SQL 2008 databases.
     Develop software applications using Microsoft Visual Studio.NET, ASP.NET, Visual Basic.NET, HTML, JavaScript and Crystal Reports.
     Proficient in Visual Studio 2010, Team foundation server.
     Create, design, optimize, and maintain SQL 2008 databases. Proficient in Database procedures, Triggers, functions etc.
     Comprehend complex business issues and translate business needs into understandable requirements.
     Translate requirements into information technology solutions.
     Has an understanding of longitudinal data and statistical analysis.
     Perform all of these functions with minimal supervision.
