Need Oracle EBS Tele Services Consultant_Texas

Dear Partners,

RFI for Oracle EBS TeleServices Escalation Feature

 

Here's the short description.  I need a consultant that is familiar with Oracle EBS TeleServices Escalation feature to provide me a high level ballpark in number of days with some assumptions.

3-6 months Estimated Duration

 

 

Customer would like to enable the use of Service Escalation functionality within our Oracle Tele-Service module.  The Oracle Tele-Service module is currently being used, however, the escalation functionality is not known to us, that is, we are not using it.  It is presumed that the Oracle standard functionality is sufficient and will address the business needs, however, this would need to be vetted.  This email is to request information from you on what it would to perform the following:

 

Tasks:

.  Conduct a workshop describing/demo'g Service escalation functionality to Service users and IT personnel.  

.  As an outcome of the workshop, document gaps in what Oracle standard functionality provides and what the business was expecting.

.  Determine if we are appropriately patched.  If patches are required, document all required patches and work with IT to apply all required patches to a test Oracle instance.  Work with the business community to regression test those patches.

.  Facilitate use-case sessions with the business to help them better understand how the escalation functionality will work with their business processes.  Document use-cases.

.  Run UAT sessions with the business as a means of training and also validating their business processes, with the addition of this functionality, is understood and working.

.  For each gap identified, provide recommendations on how to address the gap.  

.  Document implementation/configuration steps.  Work with IT to deploy the functionality in the production instance.  Provide post-deployment support, if requested.

 

Based on the above, please consider what level of resource would be required and how long you believe it would take.  I'd appreciate in your reply if you'd cover the following:

.  Suggested Timeline

.  Resource Hours, Cost/Hour, Any Additional Costs Supposed

.  Other tasks, or counters to the above tasks, that you feel would support a successful engagement. Other items that they should consider.
