Resource Role: Lead Performance Engineer
Location: Addison, TX
Duration: 6 – 12 Months

 

Skills Required:
Great experience on all AREAS of performance testing.
Load profile, performance testing strategy, performance test plan, performance test results, various types of performance testing.
Resource should be highly skilled in coordination activities, and have good communication skills (meetings, emails, documents, etc.)
Should be in a position to handle multiple projects / deliverables.

 

Important Note:
Ideally need someone with 10 or 12+ years' experience.
The candidate has to be very strong in at least 2 of these technical skills - .NET, Java, SQL Server and iSeries 
PLUS  the candidate should also be strong in project management - estimation, forecasting, status tracking, defect tracking to resolution, etc.
Basically, someone with a strong development background moving into project management.
