Client may ask for face to face after telephonic so local highly preferred.

Need someone with Cognos v/10.

Both Development and Admin skills - 50/50 split of experience. 

Company is going from version 8 to version 10 - so they want someone that has done this upgrade.

Controller exp is helpful along with TM/1 experience would be a big plus.

Skills:            

6+ years of solid software development experience in VB.NET.

Plusses:       

SQL Server, full software development life cycle experience with business critical applications.
