Our 'Houston, TX' based client is looking for 'Linux System Developer'  to fill its Contract opportunity.

 

Title: Linux System Developer

Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 6+ Months

 

Job Description:

 

•             3+ years' experience in system developer in a large environment

•             Strong Linux OS experience (3+ years in depth real world experience)

•             Shell scripting experience. Experience of manipulating desired tasks and outcomes via custom (bash, csh, ksh, etc) scripts.

•             Proven track record of Linux server/desktop builds, support and deployment.

•             Creation of custom Linux builds.

•             Knowledge of the Linux Boot/Build process (E.g. understanding of Anaconda)

•             Source code management experience.

•             Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)

•             Strong team and interpersonal skills
