Position #1

Policy Business Analyst || Tallahassee, FL||9-12 mths

Must Haves:

• Skilled in creating Requirements Documents, User Stories, and related Test Plans.

• Experience with Guidewire system and Property Insurance Concepts.

• Extensive experience in conducting JAD sessions and ability to control group settings to achieve the meeting objectives.

• Must be able to work in Agile fast paced environment, but can work independently or as part of a team.

• Can follow instruction and is able to arrive to logical conclusions.

• Able to articulate questions or present issues, in a professional manner. Excellent communication skills, while possessing the ability to elaborate on problem and describe a complex or technical issue using words that the average person can understand.

• Ability to effectively/efficiently communicate with peers and with senior readership.

• Needs to be able to make decisions and present solutions or design for input and critique from Product Owner.

Nice to Haves:

• Property Insurance Experience preferred, particularly as it applies to Policy Management processing knowledge.

• Familiar with Guidewire or supporting Property Insurance products.

Required Education:

• Bachelors or Technical Certification & experience related to position description

• Two or more years of business analyst, reporting, or IT systems development experience.

Position #2

Policy Integration Business Analyst|| Tallahassee, FL||9-12 mths

Must Haves:

Policy Integration QA Tester|| Tallahassee, FL||9-12 mths

Must Haves:

• Strong analytical skills to translate project requirements and Business Process Flows to appropriate test cases to ensure test coverage and traceability.

• Experience in testing large scale, multi-product system implementations

• Experience tracking and resolving issues encountered in testing

• Experience testing webservices using SOAP UI or similar tools

• Experience working as a part of an Agile development team.

• Software test experience in developing test plans, test cases and creating scripts

• Testing experience in a large scale relational database environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Recent experience working with HP ALM/Quality Center for test management.

• Minimum 1-2 years Property and Casualty Insurance testing experience

• Guidewire PolicyCenter or BillingCenter experience

Nice to Haves:

• Property and Casualty Insurance testing experience strongly preferred. (Candidates without P&C will be considered as 2nd tier candidates)

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field OR 4 years of relevant experience OR a combination of college education and relevant experience equivalent to 4 years in college.

Position #4

QA Tester- Rating Engine|| Tallahassee, FL||9-12 mths

Must Haves:

· Strong analytical skills to translate project requirements to appropriate test cases to ensure test coverage and traceability.

· Experience with testing the implementation of Property and Casualty Insurance systems with specific experience in the validation of premium rating calculations

· Working knowledge of VB scripting or other comparable scripting language

· Ability to read XML and perform comparisons between XML files to detect discrepancies.

· Experience tracking and resolving issues encountered in testing

· Experience working as a part of an Agile development team.

· Software test experience in developing test plans, test cases and creating scripts

· Testing experience in a large scale relational database environment

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Experience with HP/Mercury Tools: Test Director and/or Quality Center, or similar tools for test management

Nice to Haves:

· Experience in testing the Oracle Insbridge premium rating application

Required Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field OR 4 years of relevant experience OR a combination of college education and relevant experience equivalent to 4 years in college
