Business Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:
• Define and document business processes and projects
• Consult with business departments to identify requirements
• Define project scope and objectives
• Model business processes (current and future)
• Prioritize and track all issues to resolution
• Escalate issues to the Project Manager as appropriate
• Provide agendas and follow up with meeting minutes
• Participate in prototyping solutions to provide the business unit a preliminary evaluation and/or user interface experience
• Work with the business to identify minimum performance expectations and service levels
• Develop and maintain working relationships at all levels of the business unit
• Validate that all functions perform according to the relevant specifications
• Acquire and maintain working knowledge of databases, file systems and architecture that support the application
• Facilitate and or assist with group meetings
• Manage organizational change
• Comply with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology
• Provide required problem and status and time reporting
• Perform as Project Manager for small and medium sized projects.

* Must be expert in Microsoft Word 2010, Microsoft Excel 2010, Visio
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Project
* Must have 5+ years experience in IT Business Analysis
* Must have 1+ years experience in Project Management
* Must be expert in Microsoft Word 2010, Microsoft Excel 2010, Visio
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Project
* Must have 5+ years experience in IT Business Analysis
* Must have 1+ years experience in Project Management
