Must Haves:
8+ years experience as an Exchange Engineer (2010, 2013)
Excellent experience working with Lync 2010 Server from an operational and architectural standpoint (50/50 in previous role)
Experience working with Multiple Datacenters in an enterprise environment
Experience with Active-Sync (mobile devices) and Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES)
Excellent Communication and documentation skills
Must work on site everyday

Role:
In this role this person will be working as a Messaging Engineer supporting Agents for our client with over 18,000 exchange accounts. They will be responsible for providing Level 3 support for multiple projects at once in both an architectural and operational environment. In order to do this role well, this person will need to come from an environment where they were working specifically with Lync 2010, Exchange Server 2010 and 2013, Blackberry Enterprise Server, and ActiveSync for mobile devices. The person will be doing 80-90% architecture and design and 10-20% operational support on a day to day basis. They will be documenting upgrade processes and optimizing the environment as well as interfacing with executives. The ideal candidate would have touched on Lync 2013 in a Lab environment so they would be able to head up a migration from Lync 2010 to 2013 in the future.
