Sr. Micro strategy (Architecture, reports, designs data modelling, dashboards experience is a must)
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as Micro strategy developer for major and minor technology initiatives that support client and related organizations through the active participation in projects, operations and support efforts.
Participation in the entire project life cycle; including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of BI solutions. Collaboratively assist in the analysis, preparation, and presentation of solution designs.

Develop reporting architecture on Current and Historical Data, develop and maintain large Microstrategy cubes.
Review existing model, and performance suggest enhancements to the schema for performance tuning reports and dashboard
Performs quality assurance for the design, development and testing of system enhancements and changes that are made to BI systems, data stores, and processes to ensure that they function according to design
Provides technical support, analyzes issues, and recommends solutions regarding data load, transformation and reporting
Assist in the research, analysis & documentation of Metadata
Actively involved in production support activities; including on-call /after hours solution support
Performs, leads and is responsible for the full range of project software activities (discover requirements, design/assess software packages, develop, deploy and document) needed to provide solutions to business problems/opportunities. These solutions will typically span a wide range of technologies, client-server and Web-server.
Performs assigned duties independently, has latitude for making design decisions on an application level, and discusses or seeks approval on more complex/broader issues with the Supervisor or Lead Integrator.
Performs full range of project management activities by contributing to the development of project plans, estimating work, task scheduling, assigning work, cost/benefit analysis and progress reporting. Performs the full range of project management activities for medium to large scale, software development projects. Assists Supervisor by recommending project resource needs, i.e. Information Solution staffing, customer involvement, equipment, etc.
Builds partnerships by working closely with internal customers to understand their business needs. Collaborates with vendors, consultants and other ISD personnel to achieve solutions to the defined business needs. This can include training customers on end user products and new systems.
Assists with planning, directing and reviewing the day-to-day work of other team members. Assists in training Information Solutions staff on technical and business issues.
Provides technical guidance and business process expertise on special projects or system issues to other Information Solutions staff.
Committed to continuous learning and strives to increase relative skills and knowledge required for position. Keeps abreast of the latest developments in information technology and computer software. Is committed to continuous improvement of the development and support services being delivered to business lines.
Basic Qualifications:
BS or BA in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or Other Technical Field (or Non-Technical BS/BA with 6 or more years relevant IT experience).
Microstrategy 9.X
Oracle 10 G
Microstrategy Certification in Version 9.X preferred.
Microsoft Access
