Oracle Developer

NYC

$55/hr

Responsibilities

• Designs, analyzes, develops, codes, tests, debugs and documents programming to satisfy business requirements

• Design and deliver architectures, user interfaces, middle-tier and server-side components

• Work directly with business analysts and project managers and develop innovative technology solutions 

• Research and evaluate alternative solutions and make recommendations

• Conduct data analysis of and resolve application production issues

Qualifications 

• Must have Oracle 11g database development experience with XML export skills

• A team player, with excellent communication and problem solving skills

• Demonstrated experience working as a developer designing and delivering architectures, user interfaces, middle-tier and server-side components

• Experience assisting in the design of end-to-end architectures and frameworks for financial services and other business application solutions

• PL/SQL (Oracle) experience is required

• Experience in building war/ear files and deploying in server

• Knowledge of Subversion or any other source code control systems

• Ideally graduate level or equivalent, or specialized training or equivalent work experience

• Excellent technical and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and influence skills
