· Experienced in AS-IS study, gap analysis, data mapping, documentation, implementation, Configuration, testing, training and post Go-live support.
· Experience with ASAP methodology and Solution Manager.
· Experience in Data mapping and conversion from legacy systems.
· Experience in leading the Test cycles, end user and super user training, change management, documentation and providing post go-live support and ongoing enhancements in CRM 7.0, 2007, and 5.0.
