Position : Java/J2EE Tech Lead

Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration :- 8+ Months

Exp. Req :- 8+yr

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills Ø  Must have strong team facilitation and management skills Ø  Must be self-sufficient/self-starter Ø  Must work well with little direction/takes initiative Ø  Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and structured software development methodologies Ø  Strong hands on knowledge of J2ee technologies(Java,Jsp,Servlets,JDBC) Ø  Ability to Code and deliver the tasks independently Ø  Experience working with application servers like Weblogic, tomcat Ø  Knowledge on XML,XSDs and programing experience processing xml documents Ø  Experience with SOA based architectures and extensive experience with SOAP based webservices Ø  Hands on experience with Oracle, and Strong SQL skills Ø  Experience in supporting application Deployments, Source control management and administrating builds using tools like Jenkins, Cruise Control Ø  Process experience with Agile Ø  Lead the development in achieving the project goals, mentoring Ø  Monitor the work progress and resolve road blocks in getting iteration delivery Ø  Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue Ø  Work with internal cross commit teams to accomplish project deliverables Ø  Strong application design/problem solving skills   Desirable Technical / Functional Skills Ø  Knowledge on open sources such as Spring and Hibernate Ø  Knowledge of REST based services Ø  Experience with Groovy, and other front end technologies like php Ø  Mobile phone or retail industry experience
