Should have strong problem solving, root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills within the Gentran/Sterling Integrator domain.

- Should have minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in the GIS/SI 5.2.0+ administration working with multiple third party vendors as well.

- Strong Unix experience

- GIS/SI infrastructure sizing, planning and monitoring

- Use of Sterling Command/Control Center for effective monitoring

- End to end installations of all aspects of GIS/SI

- Strong understanding of Networks/Firewalls/Security pertaining to GIS/SI.

- Good understanding of DB2/Oracle Databases working within the GIS/SI domain.

- Strong production support experience"             

·        Exposure to Property & Casuality Insurance domain

·        Communication and status reporting with senior management

·        Effective coordination with multiple technical and support teams

·        Good communication and email writing skills
